Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Including Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and Asia.
How much does shipping cost?
For Australia and Canada, shipping rates are shown below.
For all other locations listed above, your exact rate will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
✨ Good news! ✨ AU orders over $99 are FREE and international orders over $150 get free international shipping!
Australia:
Standard (2–8 business days): $8.95 AUD
Express (1–4 business days): $14.95 AUD
FREE Shipping: Orders over $99 AUD
Canada:
Standard International (6–27 business days): $35 CAD
FREE Shipping: Orders over $150
How long does shipping take?
Domestic (Australia): 1–8 business days (depending on Standard or Express)
International: 6–27 business days depending on your location and customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
We’re a super small (but mighty!) independent brand - which means at this stage, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.
Please be mindful when ordering – double check your size, color and shipping details before completing checkout.

Please note:
- All EXPRESS orders will receive a tracking number via email, once your order has been shipped. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for tracking details to be provided.
- Please allow 1-3 days for orders to be processed (pre-sale orders will have a longer process time, but will be communicated clearly, ahead of purchasing). Timeframes provided at checkout do not include processing and dispatch times. We strive to tend to your orders asap, however our standard processing time is noted above. Processing times during busy holiday, product launches or promotional sale periods may be extended. Again, we will communicate through our channels to let you know when these periods are.
- As we are a small business, at this current time - an order cannot be modified once it has been processed. This includes changes to both current in-stock and pre-sale items.
- If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a shipping fee of $10AUD will be required to re-post your order.

How It Works
1. Fill out the form - I reply within 2–3 business days.
2. I’ll email you an invoice for a 50% deposit, this secures your spot.
3. After deposit, One WIP sketch is shared for your feedback/approval before painting begins ⭐ (no big redraws)
4. I complete the painting and send final photos for approval once finished.
5. Once the final 50% is paid and the piece is dry, I’ll carefully seal, pack, insure, and ship your new piece.

• Small: 1–2 weeks
• Medium: 2–4 weeks
• Large: 4–6+ weeks

Small (mini gifts)
• 8×10 in (20×25 cm) - $300–$400
• 11×14 in (28×35 cm) - $450–$600
Medium (popular home sizes)
• 16×20 in (40×50 cm) - $700–$900
• 18×24 in (45×60 cm) - $1,000–$1,300
Large (statement/heirloom)
• 24×36 in (60×90 cm) - $2,200–$2,800
• 30×40 in (75×100 cm) - $3,000–$3,800
• 24×48 in (60×120 cm) - $3,800–$4,500

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Flat-rate shipping applies. Please note: import duties, tariffs, or local dispatch delays are the responsibility of your country’s system and outside my control. I pack and insure carefully, but customs handling differs everywhere.
Do you do portraits/people?
Current commissions are for food or other cultural objects. Minimal hands/utensils are fine. Other portraits are case-by-case, so enquiries are always welcome
Policies (T&Cs)
• Deposit: 50% non-refundable to begin. Balance due before dispatch.
• Revisions: One early WIP check for colour/overall composition; small tweaks only. Major redraws = new fee
• Cancellations: After sketch approval/paint start, deposit is retained to cover time/materials
• Rush Orders: +15–30% depending on timeline.
• Ownership & Usage: You own the physical artwork; I retain reproduction rights (e.g., portfolio/social). Commercial licensing available on request.
